Likes: Well padded, lots of storage space, comfortable shoulder strapDislikes: no back strap (to slip onto a pullman style luggage handle - most laptop bags have one), all the zippered compartments are top loading

This is a nicely made bag, robust, with little to medium padding for laptop, but that pocket is located on the inside (so you can add more 'padding'). Several other pockets, zips and key carabiner.Very nice buy for the price.
