I really only have two complaints about this bag. The first is that the ring that is part of the decoration on the "fake" buckle on the side, is just the right size to fit over the twist clasp on the top of the bag. So when you open the side pouch to drop your keys in it, for example, that cursed ring gets stuck around the clasp. It sure slips over easily but I curse that darn ring when I'm trying to get it loose. It is extremely frustrating. Had they made that decorative ring a little bigger, this wouldn't happen - or even shifted the ring higher or lower so it wouldn't perfectly fit over that clasp.The second complaint is that the clasp doesn't hold very tightly. The purse is constantly popping open when I put it down. Even when it is over my shoulder, it randomly decides to pop open exposing the contents to the world to see and swipe. I guess I have one more complaint...the shoulder strap could be about a half inch longer to fit better. I can't just pick it up and toss it over my shoulder with one arm. The problem is that when I bend my elbow, the distance from my elbow to my shoulder is greater than the distance between the top of the strap and the top of the bag. Instead, I have to pick it up with one hand - poke my other hand through the strap and then lift it up with the hand I picked it up with. Perhaps I'm too tall for the bag? I'm 5'9" so that means my arms are longer than the average woman's.
