Nicely organized, leather is soft and supple. Zipper works a little hard over seams, but overall a nice briefcase.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and she has enjoyed it. It will give her all of the room she needs, and the zip open front is a nice touch for keeping and reaching the odds and ends she carries. The only negative is that the leather is not quite as "buttery" feeling as is portrayed. I guess that depends on your own opinion of what soft should feel like. But overall, it is a nice case and will hopefully give her years of service.
