I LOVE this bag - after ordering maaany (and returning, as they were not quite right) I finally was very happy with this bag!!The leather is wonderful. I got it in Cafe (a rich Brown) AND in Tan, and the colors are beautiful. It is well made, and the BIG size is PERFECT for my needs: when I travel, particularly on a plane, I like to have accessible computer, kindle, power charger, extra warm clothes, water, snacks, magazines, etc....This bag is so BIG it fits everything, and yet it looks nice, classy. My main complaint is: no cross-body strap, for when you are carrying a lot of other stuff - it's so much easier on the shoulder (the weight is better distributed. So I almost did not but, but because all other cross-body bags did not come close to this one, I decided to give that up. I would have given a 4.5 star for that reason :).Oh yes - and a couple of smaller inside pockets would have been very useful. The huge inner pocket, though, is fantastic because I can slip my 13" MacBook Pro in there (without a cover) and keep it snug and protected from scratches. It barely fits, but it does! What works PERFECTLY well for me is to also have a Hobo Internatioanal Annalisa bag inside this one - to keep all my small items, money, cell phone, glasses, make up... and I can lift the Annalisa bag out when needing a smaller bag. The combo of the two bags is a GREAT one. Overall, a GREAT buy-4.5 stars

Have owned this purse for a few weeks. Nice leather, very attractive. Has a "mature" appearance which is fine for me-would not see it as a younger peron's bag. Lots of divided areas and pockets which I love although none specifically designed for cell phone.

This is just what I was looking for. I can carry my umbrella, magazines. Plenty of room for extras. Leather is soft and will get better over time. I got the Cafe, a dark rich brown. Very satisfied!
