This soft sided leather folder has a magnetic tab closure, six left side pockets, three full length horizontal slash pockets an 1/3 and 2/3 horizontal pockets, in addition to a full length vertical zip pocket behind the slash pockets. The right side holds a legal pad and has a full length vertical pocket to hold documents, and a pen slot in the center of the binding.
