I agree with one of the other comments that the picture on the web site is much lighter than the actual 'cafe' color, but it is still very nice. It has a pocket on the inside to hold a laptop. I wish it had a zipper to keep the straps together, though. It holds everything I need for traveling to work. It is most helpful when juggling bags at the airport. I've been searching for this type of bag for a while. Store prices for similar types of bags were way out of my comfortable price range.

The bag is very roomy. Not too big not too small. The shoulder straps are wide and comfortable. The color is darker than the picture but it grows on you and it will not show wear like the lighter color. I had bought another bag before this arrived but chose to keep it because of the quality.
