I bought this bag because first off it met the airlines' stipulation of 162cm (l+w+d). I typically carry a lot when I travel so I needed the space this large bag affords. It's strong and the black looks great. It rolls like a dream - I needed the wheels! Unfortunately, there were keys attached to a zipper pull and in trying to yank the key off, the zipper pull broke instead - I was not pleased that the pull could be so flimsy - this is why only 4 stars. Having said that, the zips themselves appeear very sturdy and overall I'm pleased.
