This was purchased to replace my previous Florsheim Reversable belt that I had since 2001. I just wish I understood the sizing better. I believe the size listed is to the middle hole. I purchased mine off by 1 inch and had to wear it before return/replace so I had to keep it. I'll probably pick up the right size in the near future.
