The XCase XL is the worlds lightest luggage set. A blend of Polycarbonate and ABS mixed into the shell makes the XCase XL extremely durable. Push Button Mono Handle System. Go cruising in styles as the case-XL has these special Chrome plated wheels. These inline wheels have metallic ball bearings that allow the case to glide effortlessly.
The Polycarbonate allows the shell to absorb impact by 'flexing' when under heavy stress. The ABS is then added to give the shell greater rigidity so that it will not permanently deform when under pressure but instead 'pop' back up into its original shape.
The wheels have a large 85mm diameter for greater durability as well as 70mm chrome plated rims to protect the metallic ball bearings from the environment. These wheels are located on the outside edge of the luggage to provide greater stability and control when rolling over rough surfaces which would normally make your case 'wobble'.
The case-XL is the lightest set meaning now with the airlines becoming more and more restrictive on allowable weight, this lightweight luggage set is definitely your best choice of luggage as it allows you to pack more. Dimensions: 30" x 20" x 12"; 26" x 17" x 11"; 20" x 14" x 10".

My beautiful new luggage.

I am tired of using heavy luggage when I travel by plane. My large suitcase weighs empty at least 15 lbs. I bought this luggage for the look as well as its light weight. I have not used it yet. However, I am sure it will be an improvement. I just love the aqua color. I am tired of black luggage with ribhons on them. It appears that everyone has the same idea. What happens when my color ribbon is used by someone else. I will be very sad once the airline starts to abuse it. However, I believe it will hold up.

I'm tired of being almost being charged the overweight fee for a half empty suitcase, old hardback Samsonite 30," so I looked to the Heys Xcase XL, which makes the claim of being the world's lightest luggage. I haven't put them into use yet, but here are my impressions thus far. I was shocked when my luggage came in only one box - one extremely light box. The luggage pieces are truly light, and they were shipped within each other. The interior is really stripped down, and there is only one organizational pocket. It seems a bit flimsy, but I haven't used it yet, so we'll see about that later. Also, the wheels, in all their chrome glory, are solid, but the fact that they only spin on one axis and not in every direction is a bit annoying, especially since they are a bit small. The pull handle is very nicely constructed however. One last comment about the smallest piece - the 20." The given cubic volume of it is in line with most carry-ons that you can find elsewhere, but just looking at it, it seems a bit small; most other carry-ons are 22-23." However, it also seems a bit thicker than most other carry-ons, so perhaps it is just a visual distortion of spatial perception. I guess I have some nagging issues with it, but overall if you are looking for lightweight luggage,, the Heys Xcase XL can't be beat!
