I purchased two of the largest cases and if you keep them off planes and certainly do not use them for international travel as sugested by the trade name, you will enjoy the luggage. However, the corner of one cracked on its first flight and both cracked to pieces on their next flight. Thankfully the lining held and my belongings were not scattered all over the airport. I am presently in AU with no suitcase to continue my trip. How the company can tout this hard shell as tough and durable is beyond me. I was looking for lighter weight luggage I could handle myself, but polycarbonate isn't what it is cracked up to be. In fact it is very crackable. What to get to replace it is now the question? Quantas will give me a replacement, If it is another polycarbonate shell, I will not trust it on my homeward flight and will have to buy a replacement. A cardboard box would do better than International Traveler's suitcase and in fact I saw several people at the airport whom had packed there items in heavy weight cardboard boxes and they came through beautifully. Just a thought. Maybe the cardboard boxers had previously suffered the same fate with their luggage, that I did with mine
