I expected a wallet that was unique

I like the leather look, feel, and smell. In my opinion, it is a very nice wallet. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. His wallet was falling apart, but he had been too picky, and wanted one that opened and stored pictures and credit cards just like the old one. Needless to say, he was a couple years or more overdue replacing his wallet. I had hoped he'd be excited with this one when I picked it out. Although he was appreciative, I feel now that I could have picked out a better quality one. The wallet appeared to match the way his wallet operated, but I was not satisfied with the look and feel of the leather. It's probably just me, but if I had it to do over, I would have continued my search instead of settled for this one.
