The bag dragged and the piping got all torn up...

Too bad, I really liked this bag, but I had to return it because the wheels are so small the bag itself dragged on the floor or sidewalk. This caused the piping to get torn up. This caused it to drag more. They need to give it bigger wheels. ShoeBuy was wonderful about the return. I love this site!

Price is great. If you plan on dragging it up stairs a bit, the bottom wears a bit. Balancing it to so the weight is near the center or handle is important. But for the money, a great value.
