Very Disappointed

I bought this bag in August to use for work and within a few weeks of normal wear, no setting on floors or dragging along, the color on the bottom corners started wearing badly. I have the red bag. Also, I have an off-white coat and carry the bag on my shoulder. The dye rubbed off on the coat which now has a pinkish shoulder. Apart from these serious flaws, I like the bag. It's roomy, a good size. It could use a few more pockets, but other than that is a good bag. I'm very disappointed; I expected more.

This bag is good for me. I carry a lot of stuff to work, including my lunch. Everything fits. My only problem is that the bag gets too heavy to carry on my shoulder for long periods of time. Otherwise, it's perfect.

I bought this bag for my daughter to use for University. She uses it as a purse and to carry a couple of books. She really likes it...her only negative comment was she wishes that the zipper opened wider at the top so she could get her books in and out easier. It's very nice leather.
