Awesome Bag

I'm a mother of two and always on the go. This bag is perfect for the office and for everyday use. The size is just right. It holds all my items perfectly. I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone.

Fashionable and functional purse for any occasion

I specifically wanted a backpack purse to be able to carry the various things I need as a working mom (Blackberry and Purell!) to take to the park and to work, and have been extremely pleased with the Lodis city backpack. It is stylish enough to wear to work, unlike many backpack purses which can look frumpy, and big enough to hold a reasonable number of essentials. I carry a huge wallet, sunglasses, badge for work, Blackberry, keys for home and car, Purell, sunscreen, tissues, Moleskin notebook, and sometimes a small box of wipes in my purse. I have also received several compliments on the purse from strangers who would love to have one. My only concern is that the leather/finish is *so* nice, I'm constantly fretting over whether it gets dinged or scratched.

I love it, except that I was hoping it would be large enough for my 12" mac laptop, which it is not. Just a few more inches would have made it my favorite bag!

The craftsmanship on this bag is evident in every detail - perfect stitching, reinforced seams, high quality leather, etc. No detail overlooked. I bought it less for convenience than for the overall design, which is impeccable.

Pleased with my purchase...

I received this bag yesterday afternoon and would like to comment on it. First, I would like to say that this is my first time ordering from this website and I was pleased with the quick response. I received my order when they said it would arrive and it got here in good condition. I ordered the bag in black. However, the edges of the leather are coated with a red substance. It was unexpected, but acceptable. The leather appears thick and sturdy. The straps are adjustable which makes it possible to wear the bag over summer clothes or thick, bulky winter sweaters. The main reason I bought the bag was that I was looking for a bag that had a cell phone pocket to keep my phone from getting lost in the void. The zippers work easily. Am so far pleased with the bag, though it was a little taller than I was looking for originally. It remains to be seen how the bag will hold up over time, but right now I am happy with my purchase. And was definitely pleased with the service and quick response of Shoebuy.com and will definitely buy from here again.
