Excellent item except one small inconvenience

The item is excellent in cost performance trade offs, except that the laptop loader is deeper than necessary. Very hard to load and unload my laptop. Now I have to dismount the entire laptop loader out of the package, then it works well.

I bought this to keep from ruining my nicer brief case. I was stuffing too much into my regularly sized brief case. Now I have plenty of room and I don't have to hurt my shoulder anymore because it rolls.

I love this product! It is sturdy, lightweight and the side loader for going through airport security is the best feature!! It has space for an overnight trip if necessary. I would highly recommend it.
