I took a roundtrip flight with one bag and it held up very well. It still looks brand new (as it should). I would buy this set again.

Zipper on the outside pocket of the middle sized case broke immediatly. The grey trim on the outside was frayed after the first use. As you can tell we are not as happy with your product as we were years ago.

Great luggage

I had been thinking about a new set of luggage for several months; checking out displays in department stores, looking on-line, when I found the Edinburg collection. I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Shoebuy and have always been very pleased with their selection and service. Since I had just returned from a trip and travel out of the country at least once a year, lightweight luggage was a big priority. I also wanted something that was distinctive looking (I bought the plum color,) sturdy and had 4 or 5 pieces in the set. So far I have just used 2 pieces for a long weekend getaway. I love the way the handles are padded and the extendable rolling handles are curved for comfort. The only thing I would change would be to add an expandable zippered option to the cases, otherwise this is a very nice set.
