a little shiny

I bought this for my mom. I'm a guy but if you ask my opinion for some reason :) a less shiny and 1" shorter bag would suit her better (she's 5'3"). The bag is very soft, it's good quality, and looking very good with the stylish chains and all. The interior is black (good) and lots of pockets with a zippered pouch right in the middle (!). There's another zippered section at the back of the bag. Honestly, I give 4 out of 5 but my mom liked and kept it which matters the most.
